Who we are

Lynrantic Company Limited operates PAPERSTIC, a web-based hospitality platform for menus, ordering, service operations, and payments.

This notice explains how we process personal information when you use PAPERSTIC as a guest, business user, or prospective customer.

Information we process

• Contact information, such as a phone number or email address when you provide it.
• Order information, including selected items, notes, service location, and order status.
• Payment-related information entered for an order, such as the payment method, amount, reference, status, and business staff confirmation. PAPERSTIC does not request or store your mobile-money PIN or payment account password.
• Technical and security information, such as session identifiers, browser details, and logs needed to protect the platform.

Payments

With PAPERSTIC’s current manual collection flow, you pay the business directly using the payment methods and instructions it provides. PAPERSTIC records payment details and the status confirmed by the business in the Business Portal; it does not receive or hold customer funds or send payment transactions through an integrated payment gateway.

If you pay using a bank or mobile-money service, that provider handles the transfer directly under its own terms. Do not share your PIN, password, or one-time code with PAPERSTIC or business staff.

Why we use information

• Verify a phone number and prevent misuse of ordering and payment features.
• Create, fulfil, support, and track orders.
• Record direct payment details and business confirmations for orders, support business billing, and resolve payment questions.
• Maintain security, investigate errors or fraud, and improve service reliability.
• Send transactional updates that you expect, such as verification codes or order-status messages.

Cookies and preferences

We use necessary cookies and local browser storage to keep ordering, sign-in, security checks, and basic preferences working. These are required for the platform to function.

Where you choose to allow them, analytics cookies may help us understand how people use PAPERSTIC so we can improve the experience. You can accept, reject, or change optional analytics choices at any time through Cookie settings.

Who may receive information

Information is shared only where needed to provide the service: with the business fulfilling an order, messaging providers that deliver verification or transactional messages, and infrastructure providers that host and secure PAPERSTIC. Payment details recorded in PAPERSTIC are available to the relevant business staff; PAPERSTIC does not pass your payment credentials to a payment provider.

PAPERSTIC hosting infrastructure may process information in the European Union. We apply appropriate contractual, technical, and organisational safeguards to protect information during such processing.

Retention and your choices

We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required for payment, tax, security, fraud-prevention, or other legal obligations.

You may ask to access, correct, object to, or request deletion of eligible personal information. See User data deletion below for the request process.
