Submit a request

Email [email protected] with the subject “PAPERSTIC data deletion request.” Use the same email address or phone number that you used with PAPERSTIC whenever possible.

• Your full name, if provided to PAPERSTIC.
• The mobile number in international format used for the order, for example 255XXXXXXXXX.
• An order number, if available, to help us locate the correct record.
• A clear statement that you are requesting deletion of eligible personal information.

Verification first

To protect customers, we may ask you to verify control of the phone number or email address before acting on a request. Do not send passwords, mobile-money PINs, or verification codes by email.

What deletion means

We delete or anonymise eligible personal information when the request is verified and no legal or operational reason requires us to retain it.

Some information may need to be retained for payment reconciliation, tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling, security, or legal obligations. Where possible, we restrict access to retained information and remove it when the applicable retention period ends.

Status of your request

We will acknowledge a verified request and process it in accordance with applicable data-protection law. If we cannot delete specific information, we will explain the reason.
