Paperstic is browser-based ordering and service software for restaurants, hotels, cafés, and other hospitality businesses. Guests can discover a business, browse its menu, and place or schedule an order from anywhere with an internet connection. No guest or staff app is required.

A guest can find a business in Discover, order ahead before arriving, or scan a QR code at the business. The order appears in the Business Portal so staff can prepare, serve, and record payment. Staff can also place an order for a guest using a browser on a tablet.

Your business stays in control.

Your team maintains the business profile and menu, configures service areas and accepted payment methods, and fulfills each order. Customers pay the business directly; staff confirm payment in the Business Portal. Paperstic provides the tools to coordinate the work and review reports.
